All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance must be paid at least 30 days prior to departure (or immediately for bookings made within 30 days).
Cancellation policies vary by package. The following standard charges apply per person:
No-show or early departure: no refund. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance.
If you need to modify your itinerary (dates, hotels, etc.), we will do our best to accommodate. Changes requested within 21 days of travel may incur fees. Name changes are treated as cancellations.
We reserve the right to alter itineraries, accommodations, or transport due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, political unrest, mechanical issues, etc.). If a major change is necessary, we will offer you an alternative of equal or greater value, or a full refund.
Our Commitment: If we cancel your tour for any reason other than force majeure, you receive 100% refund plus a future travel credit.
You are responsible for ensuring you have a valid passport (minimum 6 months validity beyond travel dates) and any necessary visas. We recommend travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellation, baggage loss, and personal liability.
You must inform us of any pre-existing medical conditions or special requirements at the time of booking. We are not liable for any injury, illness, or loss arising from your participation in activities. Follow local guides' instructions at all times.
Golden Triangle Holiday Tours acts as an intermediary for services (hotels, transport, guides) provided by third parties. We are not liable for any negligence, default, or injury caused by these suppliers. Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for your tour.
We expect respectful behavior towards guides, staff, fellow travelers, and local communities. We reserve the right to remove any person from a tour without refund for disruptive, dangerous, or illegal conduct.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
